It’s been a while, we know, lots of things happening. That hasn’t stopped us from eating.
If you’re from the south, like me, you’ve been hit with the disappointment of the failed attempt many vendors make at a southern style hot wing. You know what I’m talking about, the sauce just isn’t right, the wing itself is not cooked the correct way, the size of the wing is off, etc.
Before the opening of The Low Post, if I had a wing craving I’d head down to B-Dubs or Buffalo Boss. Both very good, but at times missing that something. I have found that something! This wing is crispy, fresh, nice sized, and the sauce! The sauce has the traditional hot and buttery taste that us southerner’s expect in a hot wing.
My only advice when trying this wing is that you get it fresh at the restaurant. I ordered it a second time on Seamless and got cold wings that had been sitting around for 2 hours and you just can’t reheat a wing and expect it to be good.
